For Green Home Solutions, business has never been better. Between a global cultural movement that’s shifting toward environmentally friendly services and a simple business model that has the potential for a strong return on investment, the brand is seeing a spike in business from both a consumer and franchise perspective. And now, in an effort to build on its already impressive momentum, Green Home Solutions has announced that it has brought a new team member on board: CEO Jeff Panella.

As CEO, Panella brings more than 25 years of experience to the table. Before joining Green Home Solutions, Panella led development initiatives for a rapidly growing breakfast chain. He’s also worked with a wide range of franchise concepts throughout his career, from small and medium concepts to Fortune 500 companies. And Panella boasts experience in multi-unit franchise sales and operations that will continue to move Green Home Solutions forward.

“What really sparked my interest in Green Home Solutions is its services. The brand took care of my mother-in-law’s house—after years of never getting sick, she fell ill three winters in a row. But no one could figure out why until Green Home Solutions came in and found mold. They took care of the problem right away—they had her back in her house the same day. And she hasn’t been sick since,” said Panella. “That’s when I knew that the brand was on to something special. The products work, the teams are professional and they do a great job day in and day out for their customers. When you combine that with the brand’s strong unit level economics and elevated support system, you have a recipe for success.”

According to Green Home Solutions’ leadership team, adding Panella to their lineup is a move that will benefit not just the brand as a whole, but also its local franchisees. His goal is to introduce the concept to more communities, ultimately creating more opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to get in on the ground level of a booming business.

“By bringing Jeff on board as CEO, we’ve crossed another threshold of maturity. Jeff brings a lot of franchise knowledge and experience to the team, which reinforces some of our visions and directions. There’s no doubt that he’s going to be able to guide us into our next phase of growth—our aspirations for the future are very strong,” said Glen Snyder, Green Home Solutions’ chief development officer. “What separates Jeff from the rest is his passion for franchising. He knows how to look at things from both the franchisee and franchisor perspective, and he’s always on the lookout for win-win scenarios that will benefit the entire Green Home Solutions brand.”

Originally founded by Russ Weldon—Panella’s mentor and friend—in 2010, Green Home Solutions taps into a previously underserved segment in the environmentally friendly services industry. It’s ability to solve common household problems with simple, safe and effective products and services is resonating with business owners and consumers alike—right now, the brand has about 60 franchisees operating a total of 140-plus locations. And demand for Green Home Solutions’ services is only continuing to grow—more and more families are looking to use eco-friendly products in their home.

Between that climbing demand and Green Home Solutions’ affordable initial investment that ranges from $45,675 to $76,250, the brand is positioned for rapid growth going forward. With Panella leading the charge as CEO, the brand is aiming to cross the 200-unit milestone in the near future before climbing to 300, 400 and beyond.

“When it comes to franchising, we have a great and strong model. We provide support for our franchisees before, during and after their training, and their success remains our top priority,” said Panella. “It’s very realistic for us to say that we’re going to double our size within the next year, proving that it’s a great time to be a part of the Green Home Solutions team. We’re in the right place at the right time, and we fully plan on capitalizing on that position in the months and years to come.”
